Empress is in private beta, which means support is the actual builders reading actual email. No ticket portal, no tiers, no bots — because at this stage, that would be theater.

Something's broken, or you're blocked
[email protected] with the request you sent, the response you got, and your tenant slug (never your full key). Ingestion problems get priority — the ledger is the product.
Questions before integrating
Same address. The quickstart, integration guide, and API reference answer the common ones; the reference is generated from the live spec, so it's never out of date.
Security
Suspected vulnerability or leaked key: [email protected] with subject "SECURITY". Keys are revocable immediately; the immutable ledger means an incident's blast radius is always reconstructable.
What we won't pretend
There's no SLA yet, no 24/7 rotation, and no phone line — beta tenants get honest, fast, best-effort answers from the people who wrote the code. When that changes, this page will say so.
